Cruise Ship Day - Trip Cooking Experience

This best cooking class Nha Trang tour takes you into the heartland of Vietnam. Located just a short drive from the lovely beaches of Nha Trang, is the picturesque countryside. Here you will gain an insight into the everyday lives of the local farming community. Learn how the local farmers and their buffalos work the rice paddies, and tend to their other crops, much of which makes its way to the local markets. See the many orchards and lotus ponds or even enjoy a chat and candy with one of the many beautiful children that you are sure to see along the way. We do all this before we stop at the local market to select the ingredients for your cookery class. We then spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating and relaxing at Dat’s family house in the countryside.

ITINERARY IN DETAILS
Your driver and guide will pick you up from harbour at 9.00 am to start the best cooking class Nha Trang Tour.
It takes us a short drive through the city to the countryside. You will experience the rural life of the local people.
Our first stop of the Cooking Class is the Char-coal stove making village;
Considered as kitchen God to all Vietnamese, there is one stove in every family although gas cookers are widely used nowadays. You will learn the legend of kitchen God as related by local craftmen. You can experience the fire culture in Vietnam.
Next, we will stop at the local market to select all the ingredients for our cookery class.
We then carry on our trip to the Herb and Vegetable garden. Here you will gain an insight into the everyday lives of the local farming community. Learn how the local farmers and their buffalos work the rice paddies, and tend to their other crops, much of which makes its way to the local markets.
We will continue our Cooking Class Tour to visit the Rice Paper Making factory;
One of the most popular foods in VN is made from rice steamed and processed into round pieces, dried in the sun on bamboo brackets, then offered for sale in the inns and shops locally, and commonly used to wrap the famous Vietnamese rice-paper rolls and Vietnamese spring rolls.
We do all this before we stop at Dat's family house in the countryside preparing the meal, eating and relaxing. We will take you back and drop you off at your hotel around 3.00pm, end our best cooking class Nha Trang tour.
